peoplestravel is ideally located and offers a conducive and friendly atmosphere for country-themed events. With experts on hand to answer  questions, entertainment, food, prizes and of course great holiday offers, these events are often great successes.

Coming event: Vietnam Evening - Free Event
Please join us on Tuesday 21st February from 6pm for an evening showcasing the delights of Vietnam at peoplestravel, 56 Baker Street, nearest tube is Baker Street. We will be serving wine and Vietnamese beer together with Vietnamese snacks. There will also be an opportunity to learn a little more about this fabulous country and win some wonderful prizes including a pair of tickets to Vietnam courtesy of Vietnam Airlines, a meal for two at the Viet Grill and 2 nights at Victoria Sapa/2 tickets on the Victoria Express Train thanks to Victoria Hotels and Resorts. Sri Lanka Week
All week we hosted a FREE photographic exhibition ‘Sri Lanka: A Wild Safari’ . Experts were on-hand to answer questions about this stunning island and we put together some great Sri Langka holiday offers for guests.

National Cruise Week
This week was dedicated to the lure of the open ocean for seasoned cruisers or cruise virgins alike, . With top offers and a special event on the Thursday evening guests   had the perfect chance to test the water and also browse our cruise offers.

America ‘take it easy’ with Amtrak
With representatives showcasing a number of states and cities from around the U.S. the mighty Amtrak was on track for guests to discover the iconic long distance routes linking them - the best laid back way to travel across this enormous country. Those who attended were treated to big things, including some cool jazz in the background.

Bella Italia
An Italian themed evening offering the opportunity to win a holiday for two to Italy in our fantastic prize draw, drink Italian wine, sample the delights of Ortigia of Sicily Luxury Toiletries and receive some sound advice on travelling to Italy. See details

Incredible India
Our most recent event was Incredible India where peoplestravel was transformed into an Indian oasis. By invitation only, this event was a great success and guests were treated to drinks, Indian food, presentations and a goodie bag each. A lucky guest also walked away with the top prize of a return flight to India. See details
