Paris is a lively, vibrant, exciting and romantic city. It is also the world capital of art and culture, being home to some of the most famous and intriguing museums and monuments including the Eiffel Tower. There is also the Louvre. Displaying some of the most precious works of art, it is a fabulous display of man’s genius through the ages. Another attraction is Notre Dame Cathedral, a model for the French Gothic Cathedrals dating back to the Middles Ages - your first view of the Notre Dame will probably take your breath away!
Greece has an ancient culture that has had a significant influence on the arts, language, philosophy, politics, and sports of western society. It is also a geographically appealing place to visit, with a mountainous mainland and idyllic island beaches. It is one of the world's most popular tourist destinations, ranking in the top 20 countries.
Amsterdam is one of the most visually stunning and colourful cities in the world, where you can go on a canal boat or ride a bicycle. There are so many places of interest including famous museums, cosy pubs on Leidsplein Square, shops, flower markets, plus the Anne Frank House and Holland’s Diamond City.
Rome is a history lover’s nirvana with Etruscan Tombs, Imperial Temples, Renaissance Palaces and of course the Forum and Palatine Hill. Shopping is another major attraction with all the ’fashionable’ stores located in the area between The Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and the Via Del Corso.
Barcelona charms with its elegance, romance and culture. The Placa de Catalunya is the heart of the city and is surrounded by department stores, plus if you stand facing the sea you will enjoy the attractive tree-lined avenue: Las Ramblas, which leads into the Old Town. Some of the narrow streets around the Gothic Quarter still look as they would in Medieval times and the crowds still gather every Sunday at noon at the Gothic Cathedral to view the ‘Sardana’ a traditional Catalan dance.
Germany has numerous cities of interest to tourists.
Berlin, a metropolis with elegant clubs, galleries and traditional restaurants, is also a shopper's haven.
Cologne, founded by the Romans, is well known for its carnival and Christopher-Street-Day parade.
Dresden - world-famous for its Frauenkirche and historic center, offers great festivals, all kinds of cultural entertainment, vibrant night life, and beautiful natural vistas.
